49th Ward Re-Elects Joe Moore as Alderman
Incumbent Joe Moore was re-elected by his constituents in the 49th ward, edging out challenger Brian White. 

The 49th ward, which has roughly the same boundaries as the Rogers Park neighborhood, saw slightly more than 43 percent turnout in Tuesday's municipal election.

Moore was first elected alderman in 1991.
