As the Democratic Primary Elections continue, financial support is beginning two shift among the Democratic Primary candidates,  Joe Biden and Bernie Sanders.

An analysis of Federal Election Commission data  in mid-March shows Sanders' total receipts are far above Biden’s. Sanders’s total contributions were $120,960,727.29 while Biden’s were $69,831,973.15.

It should be noted that Sanders and Biden differ with the sources of their funding. Sanders’s fund is primarily “small individual contributions” while Biden’s is “large contributions." Small contributions are associated with everyday citizens who donate their personal money. However, for large contributions that are associated with larger companies or corporations that donate larger funds through political action committees and Super PACs.
